Is it inside your mouth? Probably caused by poor dental hygiene. Brush at LEAST once daily and use a germ killing rinse (Listerine or Scope or something like that.)

When you do get a canker sore, rinse your mouth several times per day with warm salt water (1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon table salt) This will ease pain and kill germs and won't sting like the Listerine.
